1. Refund Eligibility

• New Purchases: Refunds are available for new purchases of services if requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Renewals: Refunds for renewals are not provided unless required by law.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Domain name registrations
• Setup fees
• Third-party services purchased through UnmutedCloud

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

4. Chargebacks

Any chargebacks will result in the immediate termination of all services associated with the account.
